Elderly Ottawa woman treated at Overland Park hospital after crash

RICHMOND — An 85-year-old Ottawa woman was taken to Overland Park Regional Hospital after a two-car crash Monday at Cloud Road and U.S. 59 north of Richmond.
Cleta Ewing collided with a car driven by Kristi Colvin, 44, Garnett. Ewing was taken by Franklin County EMS to Overland Park, where she was treated and released. Colvin refused medical treatment at the scene.
