Gun Control

OTTAWA–One way to control violent crime is to control guns, especially handguns.  That was the opinion of Dr. Walter Menninger, who spoke last night at Ottawa University as part of the Hostetter-DeFries series.  Menninger spoke on Civil Disobedience to several hundred students and faculty at Fredrikson Chapel.
