Ottawa KFC building sold
OTTAWA – The former KFC building in the 2100 block of South Princeton in Ottawa has been sold. The property is owned by the First State Bank and Trust of Tonganoxie. The bank’s president Bill New said a letter of intent for the sale has been signed. New declined to name the buyer, saying the final paperwork is still being done. However, he said the new owner would be an asset to Ottawa. He said the process should be completed in about a month or so.
