OTTAWA — Two crashes sent four people to the hospital this weekend.  The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said a 16-year old Pomona girl, who wasn’t identified, was driving a small SUV north in the 1400 block of Delaware Road east of Williamsburg Saturday evening when she lost control of the vehicle. The SUV went off the road and overturned several times, stopping in a field to the east of the road.  The teen and two passengers were taken to Ransom Memorial Hospital in Ottawa for treatment, the sheriff’s office said.  In the second crash, Bradley Ruppert, 34, Garnett; was driving north in the 1000 block of U.S. 59 south of Princeton late Saturday night when his mini-van struck a deer.   He was also taken to Ransom Memorial Hospital.
