TOPEKA — The Kansas Dept. of  Health and Environment is investigating an E-coli outbreak from the Louisburg Cider Mill’s Ciderfest.  There are at least seven confirmed cases from the Ciderfest, the KDHE said.  The Ciderfest was held over two weekends, Sept. 24-25 and Oct. 1-2.  Investigators from the KDHE, Kansas Dept. of Agriculture and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration visited the Louisburg Cider Mill last week.  The KDHE asks that anyone who had diarrhea up to 10 days after attending the Ciderfest to call the agency toll-free at 1-877-427-7317.
