Two injured in crash at interchange

OTTAWA — Two people were injured when a semi-truck and a car collided at K-68 and I-35 Friday afternoon. Lindsey Thomasson, 24, Gardner, had stopped at a stop sign at the interchange when a truck driven by John Hobbs, 52, Forsyth, Mo., couldn’t stop and plowed into the back of her car, the Kansas Highway Patrol said. The highway patrol said thomasson received disabling injuries and Hobbs received less dangerous injuries. Both were taken Ransom Memorial Hospital.
